The protection of sensitive Case information is the most important consideration when creating and assigning Roles for staff members. First Light will work with you to create Roles, but it is up to each Organization to:
- test the Roles to ensure it displays or hides the relevant Case information
- including whether certain Cases are hidden from the particular User or Role.
- assign the Role to the appropriate User.
