Setting up Class Types is the first step in setting up scheduling for your organization. Class Types are used to define the details and events that should occur regarding a particular type of class or session. 

Class Types can be viewed or created by going to Settings and selecting Class Types. You will then view and edit existing Class Types, or create a new Class Type by clicking the  + New  button located in the top right corner of the page. A Class Type is broken down into the following four tabs:

  • INFO: Details including date, time, location, provider.
  • CALCULATIONS: Calculated variables reference case information for use in Conditions.
  • CONDITION: Conditions are used to control which students can self-register into the class/session. 
  • EVENTS: Automated notifications sent to Case, provider, or other email addresses.
