The Survey Designer feature allows you to create new survey content, delete content, or make changes to existing content. Access the survey you want to work on by navigating to 'Surveys' and selecting the desired survey. Next, click on the 'content' tab located near the top of the page.
SURVEY_START page: After a survey is created the 'Survey_Start' page is automatically created. This page, also known as the 'login' page does not include survey questions. Only text or images can be added to this page. This is the first page that survey respondents view when first accessing a survey.
SURVEY_END page: After a survey is created the 'Survey_End' page is automatically created. This page, also known as the 'complete' page does not include survey questions. Only text or images can be added to this page. This page is displayed to survey responders after they submit their responses.
All other pages: Survey questions can be added to any page other than the two outlined above.
