Add new cases by using the navigation panel on the left side and selecting 'Cases'. Next, click thebutton (see screenshot below) to begin adding a new case.+ New 




After clicking the 'new' button you will be taken to the the add case page, where you can enter information such as 'Identifier', first and last name, email address, etc., as seen in the video capture below. Note that after saving/creating a case you will be brought to the 'edit case' page for that particular case This provides an opportunity to review and edit the information if necessary. 


**If an automatic email is triggered by case creation you will want to make sure that you input information on the 'add case' page accurately in order to ensure the automation functions as expected.
